RULES: COMBINED AGE OF EACH PAIRING TO BE MINIMUM 100.
Only entries via SportyHQ will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted once proof of payment is received. You should receive a confirmation email once you have entered on SportyHQ. If you do not please check the SportyHQ website for your entry as errors cannot be rectified after the closing date.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR IS COMPULSORY!
1. Draws and times will be available on SportyHQ by Thursday, 30 November 2023 at 19h00.
2. Players must be available to play throughout the day. Match times will not be changed to accommodate other activities.
3. Players must be at the venue at least 10 minutes before the scheduled playing time and be warmed-up and ready to play when courts are free.
4. Players must abide by the tournament rules.
5. In all circumstances the Tournament Referee’s decision is final.
6. Players must abide by Squash SA rules.
7. A match could be forfeited if any one of a pairing is more than 10 minutes late for the start of any match.
8. The Dunlop green dot ball will be used.
9. Always a let unless you hit your opponent with a ball going directly to front wall then stroke against you as this is dangerous play.
10. Substitutes will be permitted in case of injury but the result will not count for placing in the tournament.
11. Players have to be at prize giving to receive prize.
12. Players agree that Wanderers Squash Club, Bob Mallac Randburg Squash Centre, Joburg Masters Squash, Joburg Squash and/or Squash SA may use photos/images/videos of the players for purposes such as celebrating achievement and publicising events and these may be posted to any relevant social media platform or website.
